You will receive an email informing you that your account for Activeo’s Support Portal is activated.
> Access your personal data, complete it, update it
> View your active support contracts, their deadlines, history of signed contracts
> View your history of cases and status
> Request a support, update an ongoing case, indicate a problem as solved
You will be notified on the progress of your cases by email and can follow their resolution within your account.
