Register Activeo’s Support Portal
To access this service, you must first register.
Information provided will be checked to confirm that your company has a valid support and/or maintenance contract.
Activeo undertakes to activate your account as soon as possible. Make sure to verify your email address and phone for our service to be able to contact you.
You will receive an email informing you that your account for Activeo’s Support Portal is activated
> Access your personal data, complete it, update it*
> View your active support contracts, their deadlines, history of signed contracts
> View your history of cases and status*
> Request a support, update an ongoing case, indicate a problem as solved*
You will be notified on the progress of your cases by email and can follow their resolution within your account.
* The old portal remains accessible for the follow-up of the tickets in treatment
